Join me in this webinar class where I will discuss that aspect of breath that serves as the foundation to control the healing force. The curriculum is designed to blend the science of Swara with practical strategies to enhance your immunity and your overall clarity and calmness of mind.  Please note that this is a semi-private class. You will have access to see me demonstrate through video as I teach the core components of practice to enhance immunity.  This class provides credits for board certified meditation specialist as advanced training through the Center for Meditation Science.

10 minute background talk

30 minute practice session

15 minute Q and A
