Join me in this live and recorded webinar class where I will discuss that aspect of breath that serves as the foundation to control the healing force. The curriculum is designed to blend the science of Swara with practical strategies to enhance your meditation practice and your overall clarity and calmness of mind.  Part 1 focuses on non-retention.  Please note that this is a semi-private class. You will have access to see me demonstrate through video as I teach the core components of pranayama. This class provides credits for board certified meditation specialist as advanced training through the Center for Meditation Science.

Once registered, you will be sent an e-mail asking you to let me know your current practice as well as any obstacles that you may be encountering.   I will use this as a template to guide you through the entire month.
