In our 50-minute phone session, we’ll look at where you are compared to where you want to be. We’ll then come up with an action plan to get you headed in the right direction. Together we will create a precise and systematic plan for you to have sustainable results.

When you book an Individual Session here, you’ll receive an email requesting information on the area of your life or business where you’d like to focus.

Focused Areas:  Diet, Nutrition and Resilience and Meditation for stress related issues:

  • Weight,
  • Fatigue,
  • Inflammation,
  • Anxiety,
  • Dysthymia, and
  • Lack of Focus.

Please note, Individual Sessions are offered Thursday-Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, as availability allows.
