Julia Aikens RN, BSN

Julia has been in the nursing field for more than 20 years and worked in the healthcare field for over 40 years. She is semi-retired, working currently in the mental health field where the integration of meditation has added value to the children she encounters. Her personal life experience drew to her to meditation and the Focused Awareness Meditation program in the search of bringing balance and health into her world. She would like to share this valuable tool with others wishing to find the benefits of meditation in seeking their own journey toward a healthier lifestyle. She enjoys working with teens and adults looking for a holistic approach to all of life’s challenges.
