Meditation Specialist Class 2010

The 2010 retreat one meditation specialist class at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.  These retreats prepare learners for a teaching certification which focuses on serving many populations needing stress managment, techniques for treating pain and wellness solutions for overcoming cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, depression, anxiety and weight issues.
