Why We Share Our Feelings Unknowingly
Tibetan Plains by Dr. Susan Taylor

Last week someone called the office and asked how to over come anxiety?  She said that she was taking medication, but still the anxiety persisted.  As we know the world today is a bit on the anxious side since the majority of people are feeling uncertainty due to economic imbalance.  With that said, did you ever wonder why anxiety spreads like a virus?  Well, if you think about it, when you breathe your exhalation is someone else's inhalation and your inhalation is someone else's exhalation.  So you see collectively, everyone is connected.  The energy that is released from an anxious person is in the air that someone else takes into their body.  Scary, but true.

The more people that are afflicted with anxiety, the more the  the air that is available to breath contains the "anxious" vibe.  If you find yourself feeling a bit anxious and overwhelmed, get out into nature and breathe some clean breath. Focus on what is in the moment and not the future.  Take the responsibility of keeping your thoughts balanced.  Think of it as your contribution to the collective health of society.  Ultimately each individual is responsible for what they put out and take in.  Paying attention to your breath is the perfect way to begin.
