Meditation Speicialist Clinic 1 Pennsylvania
We just returned from the meditation specialist training in Pennsylvania after a wonderful session. The group focused on building a foundation for meditation practice. Each morning was started with a hatha session followed by breakfast. Morning sessions focused on science and afternoon practicum. The food and accomodations supported the focus. Our next session meets in 2008.

Monday - October 1, 2007. I have been back from our Sept.24 - Sept.27 Meditation Workshop with Dr. Susan Taylor in Honesdale, Pa. for four days so I have had these days to observe what the experience meant to me. Learning the basics of meditation and yoga have definitely had a positive impact. The most startling event that I would like to share with the group has been my increase in energy and the breakdown of some negative thoughts. For months now I have been wanting to sign up for an exercise class and I haven't done it because of one excuse or another. One day back from Honesdale and I signed up for a weekly beginner's Yoga class and a body toning class. Also, I have been meditating once or twice a day using Susan's meditation tapes and have noticed that even working the past 3 days in a row I am not tired, not frustrated, not stressed. I look forward to hearing what others from the group have experienced after leaving our four day class.
hi dr. susan just wanted to let you know what wonders the meditation class has done for me. the class on september 24th to the 28th was awesome, the institute so refreshing and relaxaing but the real experiences for me was after i left the institute, i now have such a new outlook on life, i am more appreciative of everything, more relaxed and am taking things in my stride and not feeling stressed-out, i am exercising more, i do my yoga every morning and my meditation at night, i still have trouble calming my mind at times for the meditation but i am working on it. thank you very much for such a rewarding experience, i look forward to the next class in april 2008.l
