Path of Meditation

There are many paths that people choose in life. Meditation is one path that allows you to find the genius inside of you. Meditation helps you get in touch with your center axis the place where your genius resides. Not only does your physical health improve, but your relationships as well as your emotional being will benefit. It helps to put your habits, thoughts, social interactions and your biology in line with everything you want to change. Everything improves. Not only do you release stress, but also get intuition, creativity, and focus, everything that a human being wants for themselves. Of all the things that you can do meditation is the most powerful vehicle for transformation. All of us want to put our good intentions forward. It is not easy to make those changes, With mediation you get the strength on all levels of play, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual to find unique point of balance.

Dr. Taylor,

I definitely agree with what you said. I do kind of a mix of visualization/meditation right now, but I used to meditate and actually noticed I was much less shy around people.

I need to get started again and practice it more often like I used to.

Great post!

I have been meditating everyday now for a few weeks and I noticed I have more clarity and insight on situations, not just in my life but with friends and family. I think when you start meditating you begin to see things more clearly and sometimes others have no idea what you are talking about. The process is slow and I know I have a lot to learn and live but I like the sense of awareness meditation brings to my life.

Oh by the way let me just add: I have been looking for something to create more balance in my life and I'm finding that meditation is my path...is it the path for everyone?
